Property Logic Limited is a property holding company that has been running for over 40 years and owns a range of quality properties in Wellington. We have an excellent working relationship with our existing tenants and provide space for lease in the commercial property market that exceeds industry standards and continues to attract long term tenants.
We support our local and national communities through our involvement with the Johnsonville Youth Grants Trust and The Life Education Trust and other similarly orientated causes.
Chris has owned and operated businesses in Johnsonville since 1970, and over this period has purchased, developed, and maintained ownership of several high profile properties. The long term company strategy is to continue to attract long term tenants in our key property locations, many of whom have held business relationships with the company for over 30 years. Chris not only has a continuing interest in Johnsonville and its surrounding suburbs, but also holds a broader interest in business, community and charitable causes. The establishment of the Johnsonville Youth Grants Trust in 1986 is reflective of the company's commitment to giving back to the community. This Trust has distributed over $515,000 to local youth over the last 26 years (a large proportion of this being donated by the company).
